Clinic Manager Position Available

About the Position

The clinic Manager provides leadership and oversight to the Saint Ignace and Cheboygan clinics. This position works closely with the Clinic Director, providers, and nursing team to ensure a high-quality, clinically sound program. The Clinic Manager will lead the development of goals and objectives and implement and monitor progress toward the achievement of those goals. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations, patient flow, and access to care.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient patient care and effective resource management.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with HEDIS, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate clinical staff, including performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Address performance concerns and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support clinic operations.
• Manage staff schedules, staffing needs, and biweekly payroll.
• Stay informed of community healthcare needs and service requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical leadership experience 
• Customer service focused 
• Able to develop positive relations with staff 
• Positively represents the practices both within and outside the organization 
• Exemplary attendance record 
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel and EMR 
• Able to work a flexible schedule and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously when needed
